Q: What happens after I place an order?

A: Your order is fulfilled via an "on demand" process, which means instead of sitting on a shelf in a warehouse somewhere waiting to be found, your product is made brand new...just for you! Our supplier receives your order and gets to work right away creating your custom-made item.

Q: How long will it take to fulfill my order?

A: Please allow 4-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is also approximately 4-7 days after your tracking number is generated (depending on where you live). NOTE: Global supply chains have been overloaded and unpredictable lately, so please plan accordingly if an item is desired in time for a holiday or special occasion.

RETURNS:

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?

A: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! For that reason, if any item is defective, has poor print quality or is not the item that was ordered, just send us a photo of the problem within 30 days of product delivery and we will work with you to provide either a FULL REFUND or a FREE REPLACEMENT. Not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Refund or replacement is not applicable if the reason is because the wrong size or color was ordered, or the customer simply changed their mind.
